You may cancel your consultation booking or request for services before the scheduled consultation begins by contacting our customer support team. Once the consultation session has commenced or services have been delivered, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Consultation Fees: All payments made towards your consultation bookings are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not available once the payment has been processed.
